About
Doom 64 (1997) was built by Midway for the Nintendo 64 as an all-new sequel, not a port. It redrew every demon, lit its levels in moody colour, and swapped heavy metal for an unsettling ambient soundtrack by Aubrey Hodges.
Overlooked for years, it found a new audience in 2020 when it was re-released on modern consoles and PC, finally playable the way its fans always remembered it.
