Demon’s Souls (2009) is the PlayStation 3 action RPG where FromSoftware’s Souls games began. A colourless fog has swallowed the kingdom of Boletaria, and from the Nexus you venture into five worlds to slay the demons it unleashed.

Die and you return as a soul, weaker and with everything to win back. Messages and bloodstains from other players, and its world tendency system, made it a cult classic, then the foundation of a genre.
