About Demon’s Souls
Demon’s Souls was FromSoftware’s 2009 gamble on PlayStation 3: a dark, demanding action RPG set in Boletaria, a kingdom swallowed by a colourless fog. From the Nexus, you travel through five worlds, lose your souls when you die, and learn each place one death at a time. Its quiet online touches, messages and bloodstains left by other players, became a signature.
In 2020 Bluepoint Games rebuilt it from the ground up for PlayStation 5, keeping the original’s design and giving Boletaria the look its legend always had.
