About

Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon 2 is an action-platformer developed and published by Inti Creates, released on July 10, 2020 for Microsoft Windows, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. It is a companion to Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, built as a deliberate throwback to the 8-bit era with pixel art, chiptune music and punishing difficulty.

Players guide Zangetsu, a swordsman bearing a demon’s curse, through desolate stages where a single mistake can end the run. Along the way he is joined by new allies, each with their own weapons and abilities, and the choices made between them shape how the story unfolds and how it ends.
