A remastered journey into a Hyrule swallowed by twilight, rebuilt in high definition for the Wii U with the help of an amiibo-exclusive dungeon.

About

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD is an action-adventure game released for the Wii U on March 4, 2016. A high-definition remaster of the original Twilight Princess, it was developed by Tantalus Media alongside Nintendo Entertainment Planning & Development, and returns players to a Hyrule where light and shadow have been thrown out of balance.

Link rides out as a ranch hand, is dragged into the realm of twilight, and takes on the form of a wolf, fighting beside the imp Midna to restore the world. The remaster sharpens the visuals and refines the original’s slower opening, and is remembered for its Wolf Link amiibo, which unlocks a bonus dungeon known as the Cave of Shadows.
