Stranded on a strange island where nothing is quite what it seems, Link must wake the Wind Fish to escape. A remake of the Game Boy classic, rebuilt by Grezzo for the Nintendo Switch.

About

A mysterious island, a sleeping fish, a hero who cannot leave until the song is complete. The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening is an action-adventure game developed by Grezzo and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch on September 20, 2019, a remake of the Game Boy title that first sent Link to Koholint Island.

The remake keeps the original’s top-down structure — dungeons, items, and a world wrapped in a dream — while presenting it in a toy-like diorama style, with rearranged music and extra features. It is known for its wistful, eerily cheerful atmosphere and for a story that sits uneasily alongside the rest of The Legend of Zelda series.
