Six hunters. One legend. The Nintendo DS becomes a battleground in the first-person shooter that brought Metroid's bounty hunters to a handheld — and to each other.

About

Metroid Prime Hunters is a first-person shooter developed by Nintendo Software Technology and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo DS, released on March 20, 2006. It is a main entry in the Metroid series, and the first to bring the franchise’s exploration and combat to a handheld in full 3D.

Bounty hunter Samus Aran is not alone: rival hunters stalk the same worlds, each armed with their own weapons and abilities. The game is remembered for its touch-screen aiming and shooting controls, and for the local and online multiplayer battles built around those rival hunters — a rarity for the series.
