Diablo IV is an action role-playing game developed and published by Blizzard Entertainment, released on June 5, 2023 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X and Series S. Blizzard Albany assisted in its development. It is a main entry in the Diablo series of dark fantasy dungeon crawlers, and it returns players to the gothic, blood-soaked world of Sanctuary.
In this hack-and-slash journey, players carve through demons in a shared open world and descend into dungeons for loot and power, chasing a conflict bound up with Lilith. Blizzard has supported the game after launch with seasonal content and expansions, keeping the long war against the Burning Hells burning. It later arrived on Nintendo Switch 2.
