A young man's eclipse-lit arrival in Dracula's castle, where every monster he kills becomes a power he can wear. Konami's Game Boy Advance Metroidvania, and the game that gave the series its soul-hunting hero, Soma Cruz.
About
In 2035, a solar eclipse swallows a shrine and a boy named Soma Cruz wakes inside a castle that should not exist. He is not a Belmont and carries no whip; his weapon is the enemies themselves. Each slain creature surrenders its soul, and those souls become his arsenal — fire, steel, wings, whatever the dark is willing to lend him.
Konami developed and published the game for the Game Boy Advance, releasing it in 2003, with a mobile phone version following. As an entry in the Castlevania series, it perfected the exploratory style its handheld predecessors had been building, and the Tactical Soul system it introduced became its signature. Wander far enough and the truth of Soma’s blood waits at the top of the keep.
