Infernax is an action-adventure franchise in the style of the 8-bit era, following a knight who returns home to find his homeland twisted by a demonic curse and sets out to cut it down one monster at a time. Blood, guilt, and choice run through it: the path you take decides what kind of hero, or what kind of ruin, you leave behind.

Its 2022 debut, developed by Berzerk Studio, is known for its punishing combat, its branching routes and multiple endings, and its willingness to reward players who choose the monstrous path as readily as the righteous one. Grim, gory, and openly retro, it carries the look of the classics it grew from while spilling far more of it.
