A science-fiction action RPG in which psychokinesis-wielding agents of a future Earth's Other Suppression Force fight the Others that hunger for human minds.
About
Scarlet Nexus is an action role-playing game developed by Bandai Namco Studios with Tose and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment, released in June 2021 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Microsoft Windows, Xbox One and Xbox Series X and Series S. It is the first game in the Scarlet Nexus franchise, set in a future world where humanity is bound by psionic brain networks and preyed upon by deranged creatures known as the Others.
Players join the Other Suppression Force as Yuito Sumeragi and Kasane Randall, two recruits whose divergent stories unfold along separate paths. Battles pair fast melee strikes with psychokinesis that hurls the environment at enemies, strung together with the psychic powers borrowed from allies, and the game’s striking anime-styled presentation is what it is best remembered for.
